Joe Greenslate of South Shore Ky. Joe began racing at Portsmouth Speedway
in the 50's. Greenslate had many victories in the "Flyin' Deuce" at Southern
Ohio Raceway in the 70's. Joe's son, Chuck, is the current co-promoter and
announcer at Portsmouth Raceway Park.
