Denny Bonebrake

Raced for over twenty years through the Tri-State (PA, VA, MD) area.
Along the way he won over 220 features including such events as The
Hub City 150, The Winchester 200 (when it was a 200 lapper) and the
Virginia is for Lovers 200. He also won 9 track titles at three different
tracks including 6 at the highly competitive Hagerstown Speedway.  
The other titles came at Winchester, VA and Lincoln, PA.
Speedways where Bonebrake competed; Hagerstown, Winchester,
Virginia (now Virginia Motor Speedway) Raceway, Lincoln, Port Royal,
Selingsgrove, Bedford, Jennerstown, Cumberland, Potomac, US-13, St.
Thomas, Pennsboro, Pittsburgh’s Pa. Motor Speedway, Log Cabin
Raceway, Natural Bridge, Eastside and Trailways.
Denny drove his own cars as well as for the following owners; The
Staub Brothers, Ernie Davis and the late Ron “Speedy” Hayes.
Bonebrake of Hagerstown, Maryland has surely earned his spot among
the best in the Nation when it comes to racing Dirt Late Models.
