Dean Knittel from Portsmouth, Ohio. He was a top runner in this area
back in the 50"s and 60's. He won the track championship several
times at the Atomic (now KC Raceway) Speedway. He had quite a run
at Atomic, winning as many as 12 features in a season. This was taken
